summers almost here & i wanna loose weight pretty fast, but what are some goood Weight Loss plans?
i dont want to take any pills or anything like tht!

Hello! I am looking for some ways of losing weight and toning up quickly for my holiday in two weeks. I’m not fat, but I would like to lose some weight and tone up effectively for swimming and sunbathing! I am 5foot 3inches and weight about 10st6, and I am losing weight slowly at home, my target weight is 8.5st – 9st. I know that probably isn’t feasible within two weeks, but I just want to look good for my holiday.
Any tips? Thank you! No time wasters please!
not rocket science, replace unhealthy food for healthy food and do running/jogging daily

I know it’s bad. I have even seen a nutritionist about the dangers of it. But I am 5’4 and 115 pounds. I know it’s not over weight but it’s a little pudgy and the place I work at requires me to be very thin I know sucks :/ anyways can you please tell me when the Weight Loss will start to become noticeable? So I don’t feel so bad?
