I didn’t exercise or eat right until I baby was about 3-4 months old
i lost almost all of it(as in i was fitting into my old clothes) after about 18 months, but I still weighed about 7 lbs more than pre-baby.
Don’t go soley by what other people’s experiences are though. Some people lose the weight from breastfeeding and some don’t(i didn’t until I was done breastfeeding) it’s an individual experience. The last ten pounds are hard though.Good luck!!! It’s all worth it

It takes me a full year to lose baby weight, not dieting or excercising. And I usually gain about 60 pounds with each pregnancy. And I breastfeed. And eventually, the weight all comes off.

I did nothing to lose weight after my babies. I had gained 50 lbs with my son, and by the time he was 3 months old I had lost all but 4 lbs of it. But then I got pregnant with baby number two (my kids are 1 year and 4 days apart!). With baby number 2 I gained 28 lbs and lost all of that, plus the 4 lbs I had yet to lose with baby #1, plus an additional 7 lbs by the time my daughter was 6 months old! I am now still down to the 105 lbs I got down to after my second baby and she is 19 months old, and I never did one single thing to lose weight! I did lose a lot of weight just in having the babies though, as my son was 8.5 lbs and I lost 20 lbs just giving birth to him between placenta and fluid, etc. And my daughter was 9.5 lbs at birth, and I think I lost like 15 lbs the day I had her.

I lost all my weight within 2 months. I was breastfeeding exclusively and eating more than I was beforehand. I am actually starting to lose weight that I had before I was pregnant. I gained a total of 34 pounds whenever I was pregnant. Now I have lost 40. I haven’t done anything that special. More yoga and a little bit of pilates to tighten my stomach.
